Ad size 4.5” x 7.5” (catalog page size is 5.5” x 8.5”)

Camera ready submissions are preferred in PDF format. Word format will be acceptable. If submitted in Word format the photo must be submitted as a separate file. Digital photo MUST be a minimum of 300dpi in jpeg format. Word documents will be
converted to PDF.
Camera-ready submissions deadline is April 1, 2023.

Hard copy submissions will also be accepted. Please include a SKETCH OF HOW THE AD SHOULD LOOK. Ad will be created and converted to a PDF format - one proof will be created and one set of changes will be accepted.
Hard copy deadline is March 15, 2023.

Ad copy and payment must be received by the April 1, 2023 deadline to be included in the catalog.
